RAJYOGA MEDITATION:
The Rajyoga meditation is an intellectual link of human soul with the Supreme Soul God, a spiritual link between the two points of divine light with the help of mind and intellect of the individual soul. This link ultimately leads to constant remembrance of God by the soul, remembrance of Supreme Father by his beloved children. This remembrance will lead to a stage of complete soul consciousness devoid of any body consciousness and free from any desire or resolve whatsoever, when the body will become light and a feeling of supersensory bliss & peace and a delightful sensation will be experienced. It is the only meditation by which all senses and evil attitudes can be brought under full control of the soul, who thereby becomes the King (Raj) of the body.
Supreme Soul God is infinitesimally small entity with unlimited infinitely powerful energy emitting constant vibrations of every thing good, all divine powers and divine virtues eternally all over the world and the Universe. These vibrations emanating from the unlimited source point (Supreme Soul God) enter speedily but gently into the soul when it gradually gets absorbed in deep Rajyoga meditation, just as the electric current instantly flows from its source point to the receiving point of light etc. These unique and pleasant vibrations together with supersensory bliss and peace during absorption/intoxication can be realized by all, through sincere efforts of acquiring and following godly spiritual knowledge and regularly practicing Rajyoga meditation. The Rajyoga meditation can be practiced in any posture that does not involve any strain, even while walking, while doing any work and even in latrine. Normally, a comfortable position, say easy sitting posture or on a chair with head erect but not bending over shoulder, keeping the eyes slightly and mildly open but not to be closed fully is more effective. To begin with state of soul consciousness has to be practiced freeing mind from body consciousness. Then considering mentally a point of light in front to be that of the Supreme Soul God, mental vision has to be turned on that in order to establish the yogic link with Him.
It is the only meditation by which soul gets absorbed/intoxicated in super-conscious bliss and peace within a short period of time. This meditation alone helps souls to inculcate divine virtues like purity, tolerance, humility etc. and acquire divine powers to tolerate, to discriminate, to control all senses, to destroy all vices & evils, and ultimately in attaining perfect deity stage of purity and perfection. At that stage soul will start feeling everlasting peace, joy and contentment.
WHY YOGA:
EVERY human being, in less towice and happiness Happiness and peace have, in fact, less to do with gross objects they refer to states of mind. a Morcodependere is another kind of experience, which is the highest and is of worldly objects and senses. It is called Bliss. This bliss bliss is one thing for which a person should practise yoga.
Bliss or supersensuous joy enables a person to break the shack. les of otherwise die-hard habits and addictions. For, it is so reward- ing and ennobling anexperience that nothing demoniacal can stand in its way.
Yoga enables man to have deep relaxation also. It does this in two ways. Firstly, a yogi does not have worries, fears or spoilt relations. Secondly, he feels detached from the world and from the situations. This relaxation makes him calm and enables him to take decisions without any tensions, undue haste or pressure.
Further, yoga brings about behavioural transformation of man without any therapy. Th The thoughts which a yogi makes use of, in meditation, work like mental surgery. Positive virtues are implanted in him in place of negative traits. His outlook now changes and, so, bad habits now loosen their grip on him. His energy is now used for constructive and useful work.
This brings about an over-all enhancement in his personality. His shyness is now replaced by a feeling of confidence. From a dull, dreary and stiff person, he now becomes a man of sociable and charm- ing manners.
All this goes a long way to improve his relations with others. He can now put up with all sorts of people and remain unprovoked. He now does not mind small things and laughs away certain things instead of taking uncompromising and tough positions, so that he has health, happiness and a pleasing nature. Another thing Yoga also enables a person to experience the heavenly love, which comes only from God as the soul’s Mother- Father, Friend, Saviour and ‘Sweet Heart’. This love plays suc melody on the strings of one’s mind that one really feels enraptured. It can better be experienced than said. such Last but not the least, Raja yoga enables a person to control his mind and to have an economy of thoughts. One is now freed from purposeless or negative thoughts. In a word, it can be said that yoga brings about fulfilment in man’s life. You can say that a yogi is a person who is in harmony with Nature, at peace with his own self, in concord with others and in unison with the Creator. His mind is not in conflict with his intrellect nor his actions disturb Nature nor contravene injunctions of God.
